2012 Annual Report

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to provide Unitholders and Bondholders with the 2012 Annual Report.

The Board and Management Team are pleased with the stable operating result and improved profitability that has been achieved and we encourage you to read the report to find out more about our recent performance and the longer term outlook.

I would like to draw your attention to some new features provided in this year’s report with the promotion of our sustainability initiatives and increased disclosure around director and officer remuneration.

These initiatives go beyond what is required from a Trust and align our reporting more closely with listed companies.

We have also extended the way we communicate with you, our investors, with a new interactive  web  report  that  includes  a  video  summary from  our  Chief  Executive Officer, Mr John Dakin.

The online report can be accessed from our webpage: www.goodman.com/nz

Annual Meeting

I’m pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Meeting of Unitholders is to be held in Christchurch where we have around 20% of our investor base. The meeting is scheduled for 7 August 2012, with further details to be provided closer to the time.

Interest and Distribution Payments

The next interest payment for Bondholders will be made on 19 June 2012 while the fourth quarter distribution, for the period ended 31 March 2012, is to be paid to Unitholders on 21 June 2012.

The distribution payment will include a cash component of 1.5625 cents per unit with 0.1852 cents per unit of imputation credits attached. For eligible Unitholders who have elected to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan, new units will be issued in lieu of a cash payment.

If you have any questions about your investment please contact Computershare by telephone 0800 359 999 (within New Zealand) or +64 9 488 8777 (outside New Zealand).

Yours faithfully,
