Many of the larger estates provide onsite facilities such as gyms, cafes, banks and childcare services. These amenities help attract customers and contribute to the high occupancy and customer retention levels that GMT achieves.
With over 50% of the Trust’s assets being constructed in the last 10 years, the portfolio is modern, fully featured and built to a high specification. A number of its assets have also won awards, acknowledging architectural merit, environmental sustainability, and investment performance.
