Highbrook Business Park case study

Surrounded by parklands and esplanade reserves the 107 hectare estate is around two thirds of the way through its planned development.  With a current value of around $1.2 billion it is a mixed use business park that showcases the quality of Goodman’s development programme.

Set in an exceptional natural environment with an award winning master plan and consistent design theme the estate provides eessential business infrastructure for Auckland with;

  • Almost 60 individual buildings providing over 420,000 sqm of rentable area either completed or under active development;
  • Over 85 customers with a workforce of more than 4,000 people;
  • Extensive amenity with The Crossing providing a retail and commercial hub for the estate and wider catchment; and
  • Provision of open spaces and recreational areas

The successful development of the estate has only been possible with the creation of key infrastructure that has benefited the wider region including the bridge over the Tamaki River and the new Highbrook Interchange providing direct access to SH1.

Highbrook received the Supreme Award and Award of Excellence in Urban Land Development at the 2011 Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards.
