Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of Goodman Property Trust ("GMT" or "Trust") is pleased to announce the refinancing of its Viaduct joint venture on very competitive new terms.
Goodman (NZ) Limited's Chief Financial Officer, Andy Eakin, said, "We are extremely pleased to have refinanced our borrowing facility with Westpac. Westpac continue to show their strong support for the investment partnership with GIC and the broader GMT business."
The debt facilities of Wynyard Precinct Holdings Limited will have a weighted average term of 3.3 years following the refinancing. The expiry profile provides certainty with long-term funding and also facilitates the settlement of the Fonterra head office acquisition early in 2016.
