The portfolio is predominantly invested in the Auckland industrial sector with estates located in the key suburbs of East Tamaki, Henderson, Mangere, Otahuhu, Penrose and Wiri. The smaller office portfolio is focused in the VXV Precinct of Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter.
With over one million sqm of floorspace there is a scale to the portfolio that helps attract and retain customers. The top 10 customers provide approximately 30% of portfolio income with the largest being NZ Post Group, DHL, Fonterra, Fletcher Building and Coda.
