Our people and culture

At Goodman we value relationships. People, not buildings, make our business successful. We employ around 60 people in a range of activities and professions including legal, real estate investment management, property management, property development, building services, marketing, and finance.

We invest in the development of our people in a variety of ways from supporting tertiary studies through to "on the job" coaching and training. This enhances career opportunities for our people and retention of the motivated and experienced property professionals for whom Goodman is well known in all our markets.

Graduate Programme

We have a strong history of graduate recruitment and development. Our graduates enjoy a comprehensive induction and training program and the opportunity to receive mentoring from senior employees.

The role of each mentor is to provide support and direction to the graduate during the program.

We work with the key tertiary institutions to recruit leading graduates into our business and we encourage interest from undergraduates in property, finance and real estate. 

Graduates participating in our graduate program are assigned a mentor.
