Goodman New Zealand Limited (GNZL) and Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (GPS) (together, Goodman NZ or GNZ) advise that the consolidated Annual Meeting of shareholders of GNZL and GPS will be held on Monday 27 July 2026 at 10:00 am. The venue for the meeting is Pipiri Lane, 124 Halsey Street, Wynyard Quarter, Auckland.

It will be a hybrid meeting, with Shareholders able to participate either in person or online through a live webcast: https://meetnow.global/nz.

The formal business of the meeting is to approve a buyback of the stapled shares of GNZL and GPS (Stapled Shares), and the reappointment and remuneration of GNZ’s auditor. Our new stapled structure means that separate resolutions must be passed by the shareholders of both GNZL and GPS to give approval.

Full details of the business of the meeting, including the resolutions to be voted on, are set out in the attached Notice of Meeting (NOM) which incorporates the Independent Adviser’s Report. The NOM together with the Voting and Proxy Form are being distributed to shareholders from today.

To be valid any proxy appointment must be received before 10:00 am on Saturday 25 July 2026.
