Overview
In 2022 over 70% of Goodman’s current development workbook was being constructed on brownfield sites. Two of the largest current projects were design-built facilities for NZ Post. They extend a relationship that dates back to 2007, when Goodman delivered its first facility for NZ Post at Highbrook Business Park in East Tāmaki.
