Stanley Black & Decker’s new warehouse facility marks a significant milestone as Goodman New Zealand’s third development to achieve a 6 Green Star Built rating, awarded by the New Zealand Green Building Council.

This prestigious rating represents world leadership in sustainability, underscoring the exceptional quality and environmental performance of Goodman’s development projects.

The facility includes an 8,604 sqm warehouse, 2,602 sqm yard, 1,593 sqm canopy, 403 sqm office and 63 carparks.
