With a trans-Tasman team of 1,500 people, a portfolio of over 40 market-leading brands, and production of 30 million cases annually. The business now controls every stage of its supply chain—from manufacturing to sales and distribution— ensuring quality and consistency at scale.

Delivering products to the right places at the right times requires precise production and delivery processes. That commitment to efficiency drove a major transformation at one of Suntory’s key sites: The Vault at Auckland’s M20 Business Park. In partnership with property owner Goodman, the facility was retrofitted into a hybrid environment, featuring self-driving vehicles and stacking robots, using a ‘hive mind’ system to cut waste and streamline operations.
